2025 NSSMAC Delegates Registration Form 

Dear Delegate:
 
We are pleased to invite you to the 2025 Conference of the Nova School Maintenance Advisory Council to be held October 6th to the 8th inclusive.  Our Conference will be held at the Sandman Signature Dartmouth Hotel & Suites, which is more centralized to meet our needs and provided excellent services to their clientele.
 
The program workshops, tradeshow and networking provide an opportunity for Centre for Education staff to obtain information on new products, equipment and regulatory changes affecting our workplace. Vendor presentations have proven to be a welcome and informative format.  Therefore, we will continue with this venue again for 2025.
 
The members of NSSMAC thank each Centre for Education for their support and involvement in our annual Conference.  In appreciation, all Centre's  will receive free registration for the 2025 Conference.
 
Please note that this free registration will cover a maximum of 14 delegates from each Centre.  This covers only the registration fee; Centre's will be responsible for any other expenses incurred by their employees.
 
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sandman Signature Dartmouth Hotel & Suites with a flat rate of $159.00 + tax per night.  Please call 1-902-482-4340 to register and mention the NSSMAC Conference.  This should be done before September 19, 2025.
Unfortunately, if you register for a meal and do not attend the Banquet, you are still responsible for your meal if you do not cancel 24 hours before the Banquet.

This year we'll Indulge in a delightful buffet-style dinner ( all you can eat ) with a variety of classic and gourmet options.  $75.96 taxes and gratuity included.

  • Freshly baked rolls served with butter

  • Classic Salads: Caesar salad,  Gourmet Salads: Mediterranean pasta salad and a country potato salad

  • Sides: Herb roasted potatoes and a wild rice medley

  • Main Entrées:  Baked salmon,  Roast beef with mini Yorkshire pudding and au jus,   Grilled chicken breast in a lemon, sun-dried tomato, and herb sauce

  • Desserts:  A vibrant selection of sliced seasonal fresh fruit,  An assortment of gourmet desserts and squares

  • Beverages: 100% Arabica coffee, regular and herbal tea
